Refund and Returns Policy

All items sold on the platform’s adjacent shops fell into the responsibility of the shop’s owners and at no stage during any transaction does or will the Jolly Antiques Ltd. become responsible for its condition, provenance or description. Should any of the goods displayed on the websites hosted by vintmark.co.uk site and subsequently sold via the platform prove unsatisfactory, we cannot be held responsible in any way.

We want every user of www.vintmark.co.uk, both buyers and sellers, to be certain of the conditions under which they deal, all the while feeling secure that the transaction they may enter into is valid and reliable. To this end, we have devised the following Returns Policy by which all buyers and sellers agree to abide.

Return timetable

You can return the purchased items within 30 day of the receiving date. All returned items be in the same condition as it was when shipped by the seller, except for the situation when the item has been damaged by the courier.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service address provided by each website hosted by the platform and mail your return to the respectivly provided address. Each website hosted by the platform will have such an address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the seller we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on you credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. The seller will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:
– Which have been damaged due to misuse by the customer
– Which have been unpacked in an inappropriate manner
– With missing parts due to the customer’s fault
– Which even if complete and undamaged upon receiving cannot be or are not send in the same to the seller.
